If any user sends a coin or token to the wrong address, Ausfinex will not receive those coins. Ausfinex doesn’t know who controls the account and there is no means of recovering these tokens or coins. In any case, if you find the owner of that address, we suggest that you contact the owner and negotiate for your coins.
