Even if the exchange from which you are sending a coin or token to Ausfinex doesn’t mean the transaction is completely successful. First check the status of the transaction in the Exchange from which you are sending a coin or token to Ausfinex. If the exchange marks the transaction as “success” or “completed” that doesn’t mean the transaction is processed fully at the receiving exchange, it means the transaction was successfully posted to the Blockchain.
As the transaction is on the Blockchain, the process may take some amount of time to complete the process. Different Blockchain needs different amounts of confirmation before verifying the transaction.
Moreover, it is common for Blockchain to be congested with several transactions. Congestions often lead to unusual or unexpected delays in processing of your transaction. Hence it is important for you to use the transaction ID to check the status on Blockchain.
- If a transaction shows “unconfirmed” on Blockchain, this is beyond anyone’s control. You have no other option but to wait for the transaction to process on the Blockchain. As it is added on the Blockchain, the process of confirmation will be initiated
- For Bitcoin and other similar projects, Transaction should arrive on Ausfinex by 2 to 3 confirmations. For other projects your confirmation should arrive by 30 confirmations
- If a coin or token was sent to Ausfinex from another trading platform but didn’t receive any transaction ID, please contact customer service of that platform
