If your previous order was not executed, do the following:
- Please check the price of the open order and check if it has matched bid/ask price as well as volume or not
- If you want to expedite it, go ahead and cancel the open order. Place a new order with a better competitive price
If for any reasons you cannot cancel the previous order, or tokens/coins were not credited to your Ausfinex account please submit a ticket with the following:
- Order screenshot
- Error or Exception screenshot
The Ausfinex team will try to solve the problem as early as possible. However, priority will be given to tickets with all the above-mentioned screenshots.
