To update your Ausfinex AUD wallet through Deposit or Withdrawal to/from your Bank account you must be a Standard Verified user on Ausfinex platform. It's an easy and quick process to get verified with Ausfinex. In some cases, it can take a few days to complete the verification.
Your Daily Deposit and withdrawal limit is based on the account type you hold with Ausfinex.
- With Account Type: Standard Verified - A user has a limit of daily deposit and Withdrawal of AUD 300.
- With Account Type: Enhance Verified - A user has a limit of daily deposit and Withdrawal of AUD 3000.
Once logged in, click "Account" then "Verification", which will take you the Verification console. The easiest and quickest way to verify is to use your passport and driver's license. If you have any issues, feel free to contact support who will be able to resolve any issues.
On becoming a Standard Verified user on Ausfinex platform, a user can opt for a simple process to become an Enhance Verified User on Ausfinex platform. Once logged in, click "Account" then "Account Type", Select Enhance which encourage the user to proceed further.
All the AUD Deposits will be processed via POLi payment gateway using HTTPS transport level security. In case if the user would like to Deposits EURO, USD or NZD. The user can raise the request from Deposit Section by choosing their respective fiat currency which will be taken into consideration by Ausfinex Finance team and processed accordingly to as early as possible by following associated Terms and Conditions.
All the Fiat Currency withdrawal request will take minimum 5 working days. The request can be raised from Deposit section and can be tracked under Transaction History of Deposit and Withdrawal.
